Submission Instructions

We kindly invite you to submit your abstract following the guidelines below:

  • Abstracts must be written in English and submitted electronically via the Conftool abstract management system.
  • The title may not exceed 20 words.
  • The abstract may not exceed 350 words and must follow the structured format: Background, Aims, Methods, Results, Conclusions (please include these section headings in the text).
  • Please include exactly five keywords with your abstract.
  • When submitting, you will be asked to choose between:
    > Oral presentation
    > Poster presentation
    > Oral presentation (if not accepted, willing to present a poster)

Please note that all submissions will be evaluated by the scientific committee. Abstracts submitted for oral presentation may be accepted as a poster presentation.

Submission Deadlines

  • Opening abstract submissions: 15 September 2025
  • Submission deadline presentations: 1 April 2026
  • Notification letters: 1 June 2026
  • Presenting author registration deadline & early bird registration deadline: 4 September 2026

Beware of fraudulent websites, emails and hotel booking offers

www.eu-robot2026.com is the only official website for the conference.

Please be wary of websites, emails from third-party agencies using similar names, addresses or branding and purporting to represent EU-ROBOT.

This includes websites or companies offering congress registration, hotel accommodation or travel services while claiming to be affiliated with EU-ROBOT 2026.

Should you use any website other than www.eu-robot2026.com or book accommodation through an unauthorised third-party site, you may be charged significantly more than the official registration fee, your hotel booking may not be valid, and you may not be registered for the event at all.
